Abstract
Objective:To optimize the best extraction process of Rhizoma Coptidis in Dahuang-Huanglian droplet.Method:Using orthogonal design method,to apply extract yield of Rhizoma Coptidis and the extract amount of berberine hydrochloride as observing indexes,to measure the content of berberine hydrochloride with HPLC.Result:The optimum extraction process was as follows, adding 10 times of 60% alcohol into coptis meal, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, one hour every time. Conclusion:This optimized process is simple and Suitable for industrial production.
