Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical compositions from Bidens bipinnata L.Methods Bidens bipinnata L.was extracted with ethanol,separated and purified by silica gel-polyamide column chromatography,then,the chemical structures of products were identified by spectral analysis.Results Five compounds were obtained: isoquercitrin(Ⅰ),isookanin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ),maritimetin(Ⅲ),quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ),D-mannitol(Ⅴ).Conclusion CompoundⅣandⅤare first isolated from this plant.
