Effect of Bazhenxiexin capsule on microinflammatory status in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective: To investigate the effects of Bazhenxiexin capsule on microinflammatory status in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods: Sixty-five patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomized into treatment group(33 cases) and control group(32 cases).The serum levels of syndrome points,C-reactive protein Hemodialysis(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(AlB),prealbumin(PA),were measured before and after therapy.Results: For the treatment group,all parameters observed were better than before,and had a statistical significance(P0.05,P0.01).While in control group,there was no significant difference(P0.05).After treatment,CRP and TNF-α of the treatment group were significantly decreased in comparison with those of the control group(P0.05,P0.01);while HB,AlB,PA and syndrome points were increased significantly in comparison with those of the control group(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:Bazhenxiexin capsule can improve the microinf1ammatory state in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
