Observation of 12 cases severe postpartum hemorrhage by transcatheter iliac artery emboliozation

Objective To discuss the sense of transcatheter iliac artery embolization in treating severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Twelve cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage were performed transcatheter iliac artery embolization.Results Vaginal bleeding was controlled or significant reduce after embolization.Conclusions It was a better method to treat the postpartum hemorrhage.
