Abstract

Objective: To observe the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and IFN-r,IL-4 levels of immunosuppressive rats after different acupuncture points, and to explore the effect of different acupuncture on the immunosuppressive rats.Methods:45 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(A group),model control group(B group),the model plus head acupuncture group(C group),the model plus body acupuncture group(D group),the model plus head acupuncture and body acupuncture group(E group).Immune suppression model prepared with cyclophosphamide injection, select thehead points(Baihui and side two 4 mm acupuncture),body points(Zusanli and Guanyuan),head plus body points to acupuncture 20 minutes, every 5 minutes twist pin.Using ELISA method for measuring serum IFN-r and IL-4 content;using flow cytometry determination of peripheral blood CD4+TC and CD8+TC content.Data for each group mean±standard deviation indicated that the difference between the groups using analysis of variance, with P0.05 significant difference as a standard. Results:The results showed that B rat peripheral blood CD4+TC content was significantly decreased compared with the A group, there was a significant difference(P0.01);after acupuncture treatment, acupuncture each group a significant rise in peripheral blood CD4+TC with the B group, there was significant difference(P0.05);before and after treatment in each group CD8+TC showed no significant changes(P0.05).Group B before treatment decreased IFN-r levels,IL-4 levels increased compared with the normal A significant difference(P0.05),after treatment in each group IFN-r was significantly increased compared with the B group were significant difference(P0.05),the effect of E group is superior to other treatment group. Conclusion:Head acupuncture plus body acupuncture of distribution methods can significantly increase the immune suppression in rat blood levels of CD4+T lymphocytes, prompting Th to Th1 transformation,to enhance cellular immune function, and head and body acupuncture more effective than others. The mechanism is raised by increasing the immune suppression of rat IFN-r expression, lower levels of IL-4.Effectively enhance the immunosuppressive capacity of the body's cellular immune responses.
