Abstract

Motivation is one kind of complicated psychological phenomenon, and a course with difficulties and setbacks has been gone through in motivation research. Research of the relationship between motivation and goal in modern psychology opens up a new way for us to understand human motivation, and the selforganization theory of modern system science provides a new theory model and methodology for the research. The concerned studies of both psychology and selforganization theory are inquired into the selforganization mechanisms that occur with human need and motivation. A new theory of human motivation that is named a selforganization goal theory of motivation is put forward, and its enlightenment to the modern management development is discussed.
