Abstract
Taking corn straw as fermentation material, the experiment of biogas production from anaerobic fermentation was carried out in a small fermentation device designed by laboratory,by varying the proportion of inoculum, the effect of gas production of anaerobic fermentation of corn stalk was studied at 35 ℃.Results showed that, the effect of gas production was best when ratio of inoculum and corn straw was 1 ∶10.
