Abstract

The effect of 9 groups of different proportion of microbial gents on corn straw pretreatment and biogas production by anaerobic fermentation was compared in the work.Degradation ability of microbial agent was analysised with straw weight loss rate and lignocellulose degradation rate.Gas production performance of microbial gents was analysised with biogas and methane production. It was shown that straw weight loss rate and lignocellulose degradation rate of group D4 were the highest, followed by the group I9.Within the fermentation period of 30d,the effect of straw anaerobic fermentation which was treated by group I9 was best with two peaks of gas and CH4 production. The cumulative gas and CH4 production were increased by 36.6%,and 39.0% respectively. This indicated that using suitable microbial agent ratio to pretreat corn straw can improve biogas production and digestion efficiency of anaerobic fermentation lagerly. It also suggested that lignocellulose degradation rate of D4 corn straw group was the highest, but the gas production was not the highest.Degradation rate and gas production rate was not proportional.According to the requirements of producing gas,the best mixture ratio of microbial gent was group I9.And the volume ratio of compound bacteria, fungi, actinomyces and bacteria, trichoderma viride was 3∶3∶2∶1.
