On He Changling's Way to Deal with National Relationship

He Changling was a famous minister in Daoguang and Jiaqing reign titles of the Qing Dynasty,who was the governor of Yunnan and governor-general of Guizhou and Yunnan provinces,and was relieved of post in 1846 for his gentleness and lack of military authority to govern the frontiers.In fact,he fairly treated the Han and Miao people and encouraged them to have trade relations when he was the governor of Guizhou;and when he was the governor-general of Guizhou and Yunan provinces,he correctly distinguished national contradiction and class contradictions,and justly treated the national contradiction between the Han and Hui people.
