Abstract
Geiger is main representative of German Phenomenology aesthetics and he uses Phenomenology method directly to field of aesthetics study.He uses Phenomenology viewpoints and method to reflect and criticize Western traditional thinking method of dualism contradiction and mode of epistemology and psychology.Then he establishes theory of Phenomenology artistic meaning.Theory of Phenomenology artistic meaning studies value relationship of literature and art,all sorts of meanings of literature and art,relationship between literature and art and aesthetic activity.It has important effect on German literal thoughts turning to Modernity.
