Dilution of Trademark Theory and Well-known Trademark Protection

Since the conception of well-known trademark was first introduced in Paris Convention, special protection of the law for well-known trademark has become the tendency of world legalization. One of it is dilution of trademark theory. There is a big development of the protection for well-known trademark in the new Trademark Law of our country introducing anti-dilution of trademark system. This article analyses the relative theories of dilution of trademark from the revision of Trademark Law.
