Abstract
Intensive use of construction land is primarily reflected in four aspects,i.e.,intensity of land-use,efficiency of land-use,intensity of land input, and sustainability of land-use.This paper uses the model of quality synthetic evaluation to assess the status of intensive land use in Chongqing City and conducts a cluster analysis based on the differences of land use intensity, concluding that the level of economic development and regional condition are the main factors that influence the in-tensive use of construction land.
