Abstract
Objective: To understand the community stroke patients medication compliance status,and discuss the related factors. Methods: Five community of Zhengzhou city,convenient selection in 96 patients with cerebral apoplexy,the general material questionnaire,stroke patients taking medicine knowledge questionnaires and medication adherence face to face interview questionnaire to collect data type. Results: Single factor analysis results show that different medication adherence between gender difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05),different cultural level,economic income,sick fixed number of year,diagnostic medicine differences between compliance was not statistically significant( P 0. 05). Related analysis shows that drug use knowledge and master medication compliance was the positive correlation. Conclusion: Community stroke patients taking medicine of compliance is poor,female who take the pill for compliance than male,medicine knowledge level higher,its compliance will increase,so should actively participate in community stroke health medicine knowledge lecture,in patients with cerebral apoplexy health guide to strengthen and improve the medication compliance,promote the patient health,improve the quality of life of the patients.
