Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of acute hypervolemic hemodilution(AHH) with Voluven on renal function. Methods 36 elderly patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: The total 15ml/kg of Voluven in group A,the isodose of HES in group B,the isodose of LR in group C were infused intravenously respectively. All of AHH were started at the time of 15 min before anesthesia induction and practiced at a rate of 25~35ml/min and achieved within 30 min.Heart rate(HR),electrocardiogram(ECG),mean arterial pressure(MAP)、NBP and SpO_2 were monitored continually during the whole operation.Venous and urine before AHH(T_1),after AHH(T_2),30 min after AHH(T_3),60 min after AHH(T_4),3 h after AHH(T_5) were collected for determining the following data: blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),urinary β_2-microglobulin(β_2-MG).Results There were no significant differences among or within three groupsat all time point for BUN and Cr(P0.05).There were no significant differences among or within three groups at all time point for β_2-MG(P(0.05)).Conclusion Mild-degree AHH with Voluven have no obvious harmful effect on renal function.
