Abstract
This paper argues that market knowledge competence is a sort of core organization competence which determines the competitive advantage of corporations. To develop market knowledge competence, it is necessary for a corporation to cultivate market-orientation culture and entrepreneurship, enhance the management's understanding about the importance of market knowledge competence, and lead, encourage employee and collective to learn and innovate by improving the organizational structure and incentive system of the corporation.
