Abstract
Teachers are the main body in the institutions of higher learning, and the teaching contingent is an important index of measuring the teaching quality of a university. As for the colleges that were established in recent years to meet the needs of social and economic advances, how to develop their teaching contingents by leaps and bounds has a particularly critical bearing on bringing their unique advantages into full play and accelerating their development by leaps and bounds. This paper analyses the existing problems of the teaching contingents in those newly-established colleges, and proposes basic ideas for their speedy development.
