The effect observation of two specifications of miconazole nitrate in candida albicans vaginitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of two specifications miconazole nitrate in candida albicans vaginitis.Methods 150 cases patients with candida albicans vaginitis were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,each of 75 cases.Therapy group was treated with 400mg miconazole nitrate for 3 days,and control groups was treated with 200mg miconazole nitrate for 7 days.Compared the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after treatment.Results The total effective rate difference was no significant(P 0.05),and the recurrence rate of therapy group(10.67%) was significantly higher than that of treatment group(2.67%).Conclusion Both of the two specifications of miconazole nitrate are effective in treating candida albicans vaginitis,and the effect of 200mg miconazole nitrate is better than that of 400mg.
