Abstract

The resource and distribution of the medicinal plant Polygonum L.in Zhengzhou area were investigated by use of the field investigation,specimen collection,classification and literature retrieval.It was found that there are 22 species of the genus Polygonum L.in Zhengzhou area.Among them,20 species could be used as medicinal plant with rich reserves.
