Abstract
Objective:To investigate the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP)cellular immunity, humoral immune changes, in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical immunotherapy. Method:Selected 196 children with acute period of MPP (MPP),with light 152 cases, heavy 44 cases, chosen surgery undergoing elective surgery over the same 7 children under the age of 50 cases as control group, detected IgA,IgG, IgM level and CD3+,CD4+. Result:The MPP group of IgG,IgM level higher than the control group, comparison difference had statistical significance (P0.05),light IgG and IgM level in children with MPP group were higher than control group, patients with heavy IgM level higher than children with light and the control group, comparison difference had statistical significance (P0.05);MPP group of CD3+,CD4+was lower than the control group, comparison difference had statistical significance (P0.05),children with MPP group light of CD4+was lower than the control group, children with heavy CD4+,was lower than the control group,CD3+children lower than the control group and light, comparison differences had statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion:MPP children exist abnormal activation of B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes, children with severe pneumonia performance more obvious.
