Study and Revelation of American Railway Track Safety Standards

On July 2013, the railway track safety standard in Code of Federal Regulations was modified, which put forward new requirements on each-level railway lines including high-speed railway lines. Based on expounding instituting and modifying relative regulations of American railway track safety standards, through analyzing the modification key points of American Track Safety Standards, referring American railway track regulations and standards and combining with the status and existing problems in Chinese railway track safety regulations, the paper puts forward relative revelation of instituting track safety standards for Chinese railways.
