Abstract

Alien invasive species refers to those species which are introduced by intentional or unintentional human activities from natural distribution area, then, they form themselves' regeneration ability in local natural or semi-natural ecosystem.Worse still, they have influenced local ecosystem and landscape significantly. The process of alien invasive species from field planting to extension and producing a certain influence is called biological invasion. They have brought extensive ecocatastrophe environmental disaster and economic losses to ecological security, economical development and human health in Ecological Security invaded areas. Thus,it has attracted a widespread concern from people all over the world. However, because of lacking an overall understanding to the species,we don't have a systemic procedure and law to control the alien invasive species.Even, the research to put forward measures to control the invaded species is still only beginning. For the purpose of protecting our biodiversity and maintaining ecological security,we urgently need to quicken our step of legislation in that field.
