Abstract

Using Y Liangyou No.1 as material, the paper studied the effect of Pb2+ in different densities of rice on the seed germination and physiological traits. The results showed that lead had a bigger inhibitory effect on the seed germination of rice,it could promote the germination percentage of the rice seed when the concentration of Pb2+ was lower than 100 mg/L.With the increasing of Pb2+ concentration, the inhibitory effect on the germination of rice seed increased, and seedling height, root length, root number, root fresh weight, seedling fresh weight and level of chlorophyl in leaves reduced obviously, but the content of malondialdehyde in roots increased obviously.
