Abstract

High-quality professionals laid a solid foundation for the continuous sound development in the software industry.And software technology vocational colleges are the cradle of the senior technology talents.It has liabilities of maintaining the right direction of personnel training,improving professional knowledge accomplishments,developing skills and expertise of the student and enhancing the employability to meet the market demand for talents.Through a deeper exploration,the paper tries to create a new mode of training talents in Software Technology Vocational College,Zhengzhou University.
