Demonstrated Analysis on the Characteristic of Rural Household Consumption in Henan Province——Based on the Comparison of Different Income Levels

Increasing the ability of household consumption is a realistic choice for keeping of the sustained development of China's economy. Based on the analysis of rural households income and consumption characteristics in Henan Province,the article uses the panel data to analyze the impact of different income levels on rural residents' consumption,with the theory of the Keynes' s absolute income hypothesis of consumption. The results show that the total consumption expenditure of rural residents is significantly different in different income levels,and the models of different consumption are also different. Some significant proposals,such as improving the level of income of the farmers,establishment and consummation of countryside social security systems,and optimization consumption environment are put forward for stimulating the consumption demands and optimizing the consumption structure of rural households in Henan Province.
