Abstract

Based on permanent income hypothesis consumption function,introducing expected factors,this paper grouped farmers according to their income level,establishing panel data models,empirical analysis rural resident’s consumption choice behavioral difference with different income to different goods and services.Accordingly,from consumption concept,market system construction,social security and financial support,proposing new countermeasures to expanding rural consumption demand and rural consumption market.
