Abstract
Objective: through bromination of benzene-induced liver poisoning experiment, the three artillery polygonum multiflorum products antioxidant role. Methonds: the mice by gender and body weight were randomLy divided into 12 teams, each comprising 10. The animals a daily dose oral administration a blank model of the control group and 20 mL/kg distilled water, consecutive 14 days. Last 30 min after gavage, in addition to the control group, the animals in accordance with 10 mL/kg dose were given 0.3 mol/L of benzene oil bromide solution. 20 hours after death, the reagents liver homogenate made by kit measured liver tissue of SOD and MDA. Polygonum multiflorum three samples by a mouse, 1,2,5 g/kg three different doses administered orally for 14 days, bromination of benzene-induced liver injury in mice with different levels of protection will enable the liver tissue of SOD increased significantly. 5 g dose of SOD were, crude radix polygonum multiflorum is (1.20±0.19) U/mg. Prepared Radix Polygonum multiflorum is (1.08±0.13) U/mg, the granule of prepared radix polygonum multiflorum is (0.15±0.95) U/mg; MDA remarkably decreased, when it is 5 g, the content of MDA is: Crude radix polygonum multiflorum is (121.11 ±17.92) nmol/g, prepared radix polygonum multiflorum is (139.72 ±20.37) nmol/g, the granule of prepared radix polygonum multiflorum is (142.56±22.60) nmol/g (compared with model group : *p 0.05,**p0.01). It shows that three products have antioxidant role. Results: polygonum multiflorum under the same dose, raw and cooked products considerable role, granules role slightly abated. So when polygonum multiflorum concocted by eliminating the removal of role will be, as far as possible, to stay its effective ingredients to enhance its anti-aging effects.
