The Treating Experience of 35 Patients with Diabetic Foot

Objective: To explore effective therapy for diabetes foot.Method: From Jun.2008 to Jun.2011,64 cases of diabetes foot were randomly divided into the treatment group of 35 cases and the contrast group of 29 cases.Synthetic treatments were applied in the treatment group by controlling blood sugar with insulin,improving microcirculation positive anti-infection,improving nutrition nerve,choosing local clearance of wounds,enhancing microcirculation and at the same time performed the implementation of health education.The contrast group was treated with traditional therapy.X2-test was used to detect the curative rates of both groups.Result: In the treatment group,24 cases(68.6%) were cured,7 cases(20.0%)were improved and the curative rate was 88.6%;In the contrast group,8 cases(27.6%) were cured,14 cases(48.3%) were improved and no effect occurred in 7 cases(24.1%) and the curative rate was 75.9%(P0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment is effective in treating diabetic foot.It is quite important to find out,diagnose and treat diabetic foot early.
