Abstract

Hyperuricemia and gout incidence are increased steadily year by year and they have strong relationship with renal and cerebrovascular system diseases, which are drawing wide attention gradually.Recent studies have shown that genovariation of hURAT1,SLC2A9 and ABCG2 are highly correlated with hyperuricemia and gout, playing very important roles in the pathogenesis of the diseasess. Here is to make a review on the relationship between the susceptible genes and hyperuricemia and gout, and their clinical significance.
