Abstract
Under the premise of the total amount of nitrogen application and ratio of N,P and K in the control, effects of different amount and times of dressing fertilizer on dry matter accumulation and quality of flue-cured tobacco were investigated. The result indicated that the difference in dry matter accumulation mainly appearred in middle and late growth stage of flue-cured tobacco.45~60 d after transplantating was the pinnacle period of dry matter accumulation, and the dry matter accumulation speeds of leaf and root were increased with the topdressing proportion in this period. In 60~75 d after transplanting, the dry matter accumulation speed of stem was higher than that of root and leaf, and the dry matter accumulation speed of stem in high topdressing proportion treatment was higher than that in low topdressing proportion treatment in whole growth duration. The contents of nicotine and total sugar were increased with the increment of the topdressing proportion.Treatment C was the best for smoking test, and aroma quantity, physiological strength and irritancy were increased with the increment of the topdressing proportion.Biological properties and economic properties in treatment C were better than those in other treatments, and its chemical compositions were more coordinate,so under climate of that year, treatment C was the optimal fertilization mode for flue-cured tobacco in paddy field of Dali.
