Abstract
The White Horse Temple was the first Buddhism temple established by Dong Hai Dynasty after the introduction of the Buddhism from the west areas,and it was ruined till Tang Dynasty.During Wu Zetian's period,it was rebuilt and played a very important role in political life.The Buddhist activities are going on here all the time,which not only embodies the international cultural exchange but influences the other areas in China.The White Horse Temple is not protected and developed as the only progenitor of Buddhism,but is a comprehensive Buddhist place and shows it's compatible and great vigour.
