Optimal extraction technique of qiguitongluo oral liquid by orthogonal design

Abstract
Aim To optimize the extraction of qiguitongluo oral liquid.Method With extraction yield of paeoniflorin and 80% alcohol extractive as investigation index,the best extraction process was evaluated by orthogonal experimental design.Results The optimized extraction technique was adding 9 times of water,extracting 40 minutes for 3 times.Conclusion The optimum extraction was simple,reasonable and useful for further development.
