Green Barrier on our Textile & Clothing Export Trade: Its Restraint and Measure

Abstract

According to Textile and Clothing Agreement,the textile and the clothing will realize trade liberalization in January,2005,while green barrier will have more and more influence on international trade.This article discusses the origin and historic background of green barrier and its influence on the export trade in China,and proposes corresponding measures under the WTO frame.
