Abstract
Objective To study the clinic value of serum bilirubin(Bil),uric acid(UA) and fibrinogen(Fib) in acute coronary syndrome patients. Methods Fasting vein blood was gathered to examine the serum Bil,UA and Fib level in 109 patients of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and 55 healthy compared participants. The ACS group was divided into two subgroups unstable angina(UAP) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Results The level of UA and Fib in ACS group were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05) and the level of Bil in ACS group was significantly decreased compared to control group(P0.05).However,there was no significant difference of serum Bil,UA and Fib between ACS subgroups. Conclusion There is a vital value of examining serum Bil,UA and Fib concentration in diagnose, treatment and prognosis of Acute coronary Syndrome.
