Abstract
The kinematic model of double-wishbone independent suspension for a light truck was analyzed in this paper. By ADAMS software, the virtual prototype model of front independent suspension system was built, and the simulation analysis was performed. According to the result, an optimization of structure parameter was conducted on suspension system to obtain reasonable alignment parameters of front wheel. Then a new suspension system was simulated, the result meet demands of design.
