The Changing of Enterprise Organization Structure Adaption the New-Style Manufacturing Way

The requirements of new manufacturing mode for enterprise organization are analyzed in this paper.It is deduced that the main reason of bureaucratic organization not adapting to this lies in that it can not use the human resources sufficiently and it is powerless when it has no clear objective.Aiming at the limits of organization theory,the resources oriented organization view is put forward,in which the organization is regarded as the behavior relationship system for fully exerting the resources value.On this basis,it is regarded that the direction of organizational structure transforming are being dispersing and networking.
