Problems Existing in the Process of China's Public Policy Implementation and Their Solutions

Many departments of Chinese government have problems in formulating,implementing,monitoring and assessing policies of social and public affairs.Civil servants as the executive need to improve their qualities;the government needs to change traditional social relationship with the society,orientate itself towards public demands and enhance its response to public needs.In the later stage of policy implementation,policy evaluation and government performance evaluation ensure the improvement of the efficiency and quality of public services.
