Abstract
The effect of four kinds of salt [Ca(NO3)2,NaNO3 and NaCl] on fresh weight,leaf area,water content,praline content and membrane permeability of cucumber seedling was studied in condition of solution culture.The results showed that compared with three kinds of NO3——N fertilizers,the inhibition effect on cucumber seedling was NaNO3 KNO3 Ca(NO3)2.The higher anion concentration of the nutrient solution was:the less the water content of the plant was,but NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 were better than other salts;four kinds of salts treatment increased the content of praline,which is beneficial to cucumber seedlings keeping water absorbing ability.At the same concentration of Na+,the inhibition effect on cucumber seedlings was NaNO3 NaCl.
