On the Priority Right System of the Real Rights for Security

Priority right is a traditional real rights for security. Priority right system which is traced back to the Roman Law was gradually completed by the State Laws of France and Japan, etc, and formed into a complete real rights system constituted by general and special priority right. Now, many countries have made and developed the priority right system. In my opinion, it is better to put the priority right into the real rights law together with mortgage right, lien and pledge right to form the real rights for security.
