A Research on the Multiformity and Effectiveness of Trade Union at Grassroots Level

Due to the adjustment of economic structure and development,the organizational form of trade unions at grassroots level in China is variety.According to the Trade Union Law,to take part in and to organize trade union is a right of workers and staff.Trade unions set up by the management of enterprises is violation to trade union's nature and will not be effective in protecting labor rights.However,if we only depend on trade unions at grassroots level,even if trade unions are set up according to the free will of workers,it is difficult to protect labor rights in deed.The solution is to reform the organizational system of trade union,to establish trade unions which leaded by the CCP and independent on the management at grassroots level,to set up industrial trade unions,to supervise trade union cadres vertically and,trade unions at higher level should take on the work of protecting labor rights that trade unions at grassroots level are difficult to do.
