Abstract
Through Cultivating four perennial forages (Bromus inermis, Festuca arundinacea, Elymus sibiricus, and Elymus dahuricus) in basin, their physiological indexes, including the relative moisture of leaves, the relative penetration of membrane, Pro content and MDA content, were comprehensively evaluated to compare their drought tolerance. The results showed, under the stress of continuous drought, the relative moisture of leaves had a descending trend, while the relative penetration of membrane, Pro content and MDA content all slightly increased. And their sequence of drought tolerance during seedling was Bromus inermisFestuca arundinacea≥Elymus sibiricusElymus dahuricus.
