Restore The Anterior Residual Roots And Crowns By Castable Post-Crown

Objective: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the clinical effect of restoring the residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth by castable ceramic post-crown.Method: To the remaining residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth of 58 patients,they were given adequate pulp canal therapy and fabricated castable psot-crown to restore the teeth.Result: In the follow-up observation of 1～2 years,except 1 patient occurred the broken of the root and was pulled out,all the castable post-crown were no changed color,no broken of the crowns,no loosening of the prostheses,and in radiographs were no the secondary decay.Conclusion : It was an effective therapy method of restoring the anterior teeth by the castable post-crown and was well beautiful outlook,but mastering the indication of the castable post is criticality.
