Abstract
Volatile components from a mosquito abjection vanilla in Yunnan was studied by GC/MS. 64 components were detected and 59 were identified as known structures, accounted for 92.2% of the total compounds and 97.45% of the total amounts. Among them, geraniol, linalool, citronellol and isomenthone etc. were the major components, and geraniol accounted for 41.44% of the total amounts. Additionally, volatile compounds from mosquito abjection vanilla in different distribution and geranium were compared according to GB-11538-85 in the same condition.
