The application on CT-guided core needle biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary limitations lesions

Objective: To discuss the results on CT-guided of lung limitations lesions in core needle biopsy,and discuss its clinical application.Methods: The 100 lung lesions of 100 patients were selected in our hospital from February 2000 to February 2010,a retrospective analysis was made to the date of CT guided core needle biopsy.Results: There were 69 cases of malignant lesions in 100 patients,core needle biopsy made a specific diagnosis in 65 cases,the sensitivity was 94.20%(65/69);benign lesions of 31 cases to 24 cases of needle biopsy a specific diagnosis,the specificity was 77.42%(24/31),diagnostic accuracy was 89.0%(89/100).26 cases had needle biopsy to pulmonary hyporrhea,accounting for 26%;32 cases had mild pneumothorax,accounting for 32%.In addition,diagnostic accuracy of needle biopsy to small lesions and large lesions were similar.Conclusion: The result of coarse needle biopsy specimens obtained by large organizations for specific types of pathological diagnosis,diagnostic accuracy is higher,and complications are in the acceptable range.There is great clinical value in the diagnosis of pulmonary limitations lesions,.
