Abstract

The paper discussed the necessity of recovery of industrial effluent and the situation of industrial effluent release,proposed the engineering scheme of implementing effluent zero-release and calculated and estimated the economic benefit after it put into service,which has a great significance to protect environment surrounding power plant and decreases pollution degree.
