Abstract
The internationally advanced standards on pollutant dis- charge are illustrated and it is reckoned that the task made by China for the discharge reduction in paper industry by 2010 can be success- fully completed.Different treatment processes and measures for effluent,waste gas and waste residue in the enterprises of different scale and from different pulping processes are put forward with the emphasis on the treatment of the effluent from chemimechamical process.
