THE RESOURCES OF ORNAMENTAL PLANTS IN GENHE AND ITS EVALUATION

Abstract

Genhe is located in the north of Daxinganling mountain and have a plentiful of ornamental plant resources,which have huge potential to be explored and used.Through field investigation and data analysis,the number of ornamental species and its value were studied.The results show that: there are 299 species of wild ornamental plants in Genhe,belonging to 131 genera,47 families.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method,12 indices of 76 main wild flower ornamental plants were assessed and 33 highest value species and 27 higher value species were made out.This study can provide some materials for exploiting and utilizing the wild ornamental plant resources in local region.
