Abstract
Wang Zengqi’s representative novel Commandment describes a Utopian world,a harmonious and perfect Eden filled with beautiful natural scenery and poet-like folk customs.Based on the conception of harmony,the writer not only expresses the ubiquitous beauty of harmony in the text,but also conveys his concerning and thought about human survival and his desire for humanity regression,foregrounding the holistic and harmonious beauty of poetic nature and existence.
