Abstract
Objective To study the balance analgesic efficacy and side effects of intravenous tramadol combined epidural morphine. Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ maternity women were divided into two groups :tramadol + morphine group (n=20),epidural morphine 2mg; tramadol group(n=20), intravenous tramadol 50mg. All maternity women received patient's controlling intravenous analgesia (PCIA) with tramadol 10mg/h ,PCA 10mg, locked time 6 min.The visual analgesia scale (VAS) was assessed at 6h、12h、24h、48h . Drug dose and availabile press times were compared and side effects were observed such as nause and vomit. Results VAS and press times and drug dose were significantly different in two groups(P0.01). Side effects were no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The analgesia efficacy of PCIA tramadol combined with epidural morphine is better than that of single tramadol and there exists a balance analgesic effect.
