A Primary Research on the Effect of Legal Method on the Rule of Law

Healing the Rule of Law: To meet the demand of the construction of rule of law,the laws shall be brought into effect,which uncovers the shortcomings of the law,so the authority of law will be challenged and the belief in law comes to a crisis.Hence the rule of law is in a dilemma.Exercising the legal method is of benefit to building up the authority of law and forming the belief in law,so legal method is the salvation to the rule of law.During the process of constructing the rule of law in China,legal method exerts important influence,for it can uphold the invariability of law,help law to adapt to the development of society at the same time,and it can tone up the function of judicatory under the precondition of the existing system.
