Abstract
Because of the differences of the social history background and feudalization,Chinese and Western Europe had formed unique economic shape and feudal mode of production respectively in the initial stage of the feudal society.They were feudal landlord economy and feudal lord economy.And because of their own characteristic and differences,Chinese landlord economy had dogged self-regenerated ability,feudal lord economy of western Europe lacked flexibility and vigor but to disintegrate easily.Thus,it had made the feudal society of China continued for a long time,but the feudal society in Western Europe had realized the transition from feudal society to capitalism quickly.So,Chinese and Western feudal society had moved towards different history development paths.
